      TANGENTS TO A CIRCLE.
let us suppose. In a plain, there is a circle and a line  they are tree ways in the bottom of the map see in the pic (1). in the pics there is circle represented by the planetary clock and a small sketch represents to a line.

that line is not condemned to a circle. in the above pic there is no line touch to the circle by the planetary clock.
   In pic (2), the line break down at the one points that is A . it is called TANGENT to a circle

             the line (L) break down the circle at the two points those are points A and B
