After bang, it spreads in the random direction. The second shortest arrow shows that the universe expands. In the first circle, it expands time to time.
Third and fourth arrows also show how the universe expands time to time increasing the space.
       (small arrow)        Baby universe, before the big bang.
(middle      arrow)                                    After bang, some time the universe.
                                         
(big arrow)                 At the time, the universe was expanding.
